摘要：Problem statement.Nowadays the scientific potential of Ukraine is not fully used to solve complex social and economic problems which were put before it.It is extremely important to use historical experience with these conditions.This concerns particularly to the period of 20-30 years of the twentieth century,when formation of modern science and the formation of national intelligence happened,related to the basis and functioning of national higher education.This historical experience should be thoroughly studied and considered now in the reform of the national science,attracting intellectuals,including technical,while restructuring processing in Ukrainian society.Science of Ukraine has a glorious history and significant achievements,world-famous scientific schools,strong tradition of relations with production.The urgent need of present is such reconstruction of the past that will objectively and impartially show a valid contribution to science of Ukrainian scientists.Modern historians of science have a task to reveal the forgotten names of science and culture personalities in historical events,and creating a true history of Ukrainian science and technology..Investigation of this problem is very important: it will help to restore the fullness of historical memory and return spiritual acquisition removed,falsified or hushed over seventy years;will help the process of reforming the modern domestic science,and will enable it to take its rightful place in Ukrainian society.Development of the Ukrainian state,ensuring its social and economic development needs in the new generation of scientists,indispensable for the integration of Ukraine into a modern civilized society.
