摘要：The concept of sustainable development is a combination of three components: social,economic and environmental,which are directly related to the development of cities.The economic and demographic crisis has a considerable impact not only on the social sphere,but also on urban planning.The complex approach to restoration and improvement of housing stock is considered,the concept of reconstruction of particular buildings is provided.This approach reflects most fully the purpose of renovating of the particular structure or their groups as a solution to the issue of the complex problem of improving the urban environment.An innovative project for the reconstruction of the buildings of the first mass series with the modification of the space planning solutions of the apartments was proposed,using modern technical and environmental requirements and preserving the housing stock.Purpose of research.The use of innovative approaches in the design of comfortable standard housing and the choice of the technical solutions to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings,reduce energy costs for solving economic and social problems in the reconstruction of the five-story building of the 50-60's.
