摘要：Studying the mental models of software users is not a new topic in the scientific literature,but we could point out that it is also not sufficiently researched. Still there is no universal method which could be used for exploration and visual presentation of mental models. Therefore,the aim of the current article is to propose an approach for concept map mining based on retrieving users’ mental models. To achieve this,a combination of text mining techniques and concept map software is used in the research article.
