摘要：The paper aims to propose,investigate and test suitable means for automation of the processes for dynamic quality evaluation of objects in a given subject area. On the basis of the theoretical study a number of conceptual and computational models are proposed. In consequence,the architecture of a software system for dynamic quality evaluation is defined and a corresponding software prototype is built over an existing university information infrastructure. General models are applied for dynamic quality evaluation of different objects in the field of higher education.
