摘要:Aim/purpose – In this study,the direction and size of the relations between organizational climate,social interaction and knowledge management were evaluated. Design/methodology/approach – The research was conducted in two hospitals,one of which is public and the other is private. Questionnaire method was used for data collection and a total of 740 employees who work at these hospitals completed the questionnaire forms. Findings – According to survey results it is found that organizational climate affects social interaction at the rate of 77%,social interaction affects knowledge management at the rate of 45% and organizational climate affects knowledge management at the rate of 29%. Research implications/limitations – The limitation of the present study is that it was conducted in one city. Originality/value/contribution – The originality of this work is to examine between organizational climate,social interaction and knowledge management in health sector.
