摘要：Th e article constitutes a polemic with Krzysztof Kwiatkowski’s attempt to describe the reaction of subjects of the Teutonic Order in Prussia to the battle of Grunwald in cultural terms. Th e presentation of man,his culture and social behavior in behavioral terms is considered incorrect. Th e source value of Annales by Jan Długosz for the reconstruction of facts of this kind also raises doubts,because the source was created over half a century aft er the discussed events took place.
