摘要：Problem statement.In modern conditions of construction there is a problem of "chronic" failure of planned indicators,provided by the scheduling plan for the building construction.Purpose of the article.Determine that indicators complicates the management process while determining scheduling plan.Conclusion.The influence of the weight of the factors of managerial realizability before ensuring the realizability of the construction schedules is determined.
