摘要：У статті розглянуто проблему банкрутства суб'єктів господарювання та використання ними антикризового управління як його альтернатив.Наведено взаємозв'язок складових антикризового управління з видами реструктуризації.Здійснено аналіз внутрішніх ресурсів виходу із кризового стану підприємства та можливостей їх формалізації в рамках підприємницької моделі антикризового управління. Визначено поле подальших досліджень даної проблеми.
