摘要：В даній статті розглядається основні аспекти концепції "Бережливого виробництва”. Здійснюється аналіз можливостей функціонування її на підприємстві. Аналізуються основні(типові) витрати виробництва,які оптимізуються завдяки даної концепції.Пропонується алгоритм впровадження "Бережливого виробництва”.
