摘要：Private equity and Venture capital funds are institutional investors willing to take high risk by investing in companies with no strong tracking record.Their aim is to recognize companies with potential high growth,invest money in it and help company with financial,marketing and technological experience and contacts.Because they are intensively involved in day to day business operation of company,they assume stability of economic and institutional sourandings.When they are making decision to invest in developing countries,different models for enviromental stability analysis are used.
