摘要：The article analyzes the present condition of state control and regulation of the economic activity,as well as raises the issue of the optimal combination of state regulation and market self-regulation.On the basis of conducted research the ways of the regulation optimization,in particular through the changes to the current regulatory legislation,are suggested.
