摘要:This article investigates the use and the satisfaction derived from e-learning training by sales representatives of commercial banks in France. The research carried out among these representatives concerns a banking training scheme which was followed from work or from home. The analysis of the data gathered from about thirty interviews shows that learners were satisfied with this e-learning even if it is regularly checked by their superiors. They particularly appreciated the flexibility and the interactivity of e-learning which allowed them to develop new banking skills and to be more autonomous in their commercial function.
