摘要:Our purpose is for this article to be used by the management of hospitals in order to increase health workers’ productivity.The more efficiently knowledge workers are utilized,the better the care that will be provided;this in turn leads to greater patient satisfaction and increases the motivation of personnel.We want to contribute to this positive spiral by means of this article,taking the perspective of knowledge productivity in our discussion whilst at the same time remembering that hospitals cover functions and services where knowledge and time efficiency are not the decisive factors.We,therefore,ask the following research question:How can the productivity of knowledge workers as nurses in Norwegian hospitals be increased in order to provide better care-taking and treatment to patients?
