摘要：Статья посвящена проблеме влияния освоения минерально-сырьевых ресурсов на экономичес- кую безопасность России. Рассмотрены основные отрасли национальной экономики, на которые освоение минеральных ресурсов оказывает существенное влияние. Авторы рассматривают эко- номическую безопасность с точки зрения обеспечения стратегическими видами минеральных ре- сурсов национальной экономики страны и конкурентоспособности минерально-сырьевой базы и ее воспроизводства в долгосрочной перспективе, а также влияния освоения минеральных ресурсов на экономику регионов. Делается вывод, что социально-экономическое развитие сырьевых регионов требует, с одной стороны, ускоренного воспроизводства и освоения минерально-сырьевой базы, с другой стороны, создания инфраструктуры осваиваемых участков недр. В статье представлены направлениями деятельности государства и рекомендации по формированию государственной по- литики в сфере экономической безопасности на федеральном, отраслевом и региональным уровнях. Выводы опираются на оценку роли минеральных ресурсов в экономиках ведущих и развивающихся стран мира и России.
其他摘要：This paper is devoted to the impact of development of mineral resources on the economic security of Russia. The main branch of the national economy, to which mineral resources have a significant impact, are reviewed. The authors examine the economic security in terms of strategic types of mineral resources of the national economy and the competitiveness of mineral resources and their reproduction in the long term, as well as the impact of mineral resources development on the regional economy. It is concluded that the primary socioeconomic development of the regions demands, on the one hand, rapid reproduction and development of mineral resources, and on the other hand, infrastructure of the reclaimed subsoil. The paper presents the activities of the state and recommendations on the formation of public policy in the sphere of economic security at the federal, sectoral and regional levels. The findings are based on the evaluation of the role of mineral resources in the leading economies, developing countries and Russia.
