摘要：Рассматривается развитие профессиональных и общекультурных компетентностей у будущих учителей в системе профессиональной подготовки в условиях педагогического вуза. Описываются различные подходы к понятиям «компетенция» и «компетентность», этапы исследования компетентности как научной категории. Уделяется внимание проблеме становления личности будущих педагогов в системе профессиональной подго- товки. Представлены методики диагностического обследования будущих учителей. Изложены результаты ис- следования, свидетельствующие о том, что уровень сформированности общекультурных и профессиональных компетенций у будущих педагогов достаточно низкий. Анализируется уровень повышения качества професси- ональной подготовки будущих педагогов в условиях педагогического вуза. Обосновывается необходимость проектирования методов педагогической деятельности по повышению уровня сформированности общекуль- турных и педагогических компетентностей у будущих педагогов, а также психолого-педагогическое, учебно- методическое обеспечение процесса работы преподавателя со студентами.
其他摘要：We consider the development of professional and general cultural competence of future teachers in the system of vocational training in the conditions of pedagogical higher school. It describes the different approaches to the concept of «competence» and «competency», the stages of research of the competency as a scientific category. Attention is paid to the problem of formation of the person of the future teachers in the vocational training system. Presents the techniques of diagnostic examination of the future teachers. The results of the study, indicating that the level of formation of common cultural and professional competence of future teachers are rather low. We analyze the level of improving the quality of training of future teachers in the conditions of pedagogical university. Justifies the necessity of designing methods of educational activities to raise the level of formation of common cultural and pedagogical competence of future teachers, as well as psychological-pedagogical, educational-methodical maintenance of process of the teacher work with students.
