摘要：Рассматриваются основные компоненты модели, являющейся структурообразующим и интегрирующим основанием процесса формирования компетенций общекультурной направленности бакалавров педагогиче- ского образования в процессе иноязычной подготовки. Исследуются различные аспекты иноязычной, общей и педагогической культуры как составляющие общекультурных компетенций студентов данного образователь- ного уровня и направления. Иноязычная культура рассматривается как сущностная составляющая общекуль- турных компетенций бакалавров педагогического образования, формируемых в процессе обучения иностран- ному языку.
其他摘要：The article deals with the structure and components of the model of the forming general-cultural competence of bachelors of pedagogical education in the process of teaching foreign languages to the students of nonlinguistic higher educational institutions. The experience of foreign language competence-based teaching is analyzed. One of the basic tasks faced by today school is raising the level of personal culture. It is performing activity that contributes towards the transformation of such knowledge into moral and ethical beliefs, into creative skills, into ability to find ones way in cultural space and to apply the ethical standards as assessment criteria. This task is implemented within the framework of developing student’s general cultural competences.
