摘要：Актуализирована проблема взаимодействия образовательного учреждения с семьей, представлена структур- ная модель формирования и развития компетенций воспитателей в области сотрудничества с семьями воспитан- ников в условиях дошкольного образовательного учреждения, описан опыт реализации модели, отражены ре- зультаты проведенной экспериментальной работы. Важными элементами модели являются организация системы мероприятий, направленных на формирование и развитие компетенций воспитателей в области работы с семьей, и создание стажировочной площадки. Системообразующим элементом подготовки педагогов к работе с родите- лями являются курсы повышения квалификации, организованные по принципу корпоративного обучения.
其他摘要：The article actualizes the problem of interaction of educational institutions with the family, presents a structural model of the formation and development of the educators’ competencies in the field of cooperation with the families of children in the conditions of preschool educational institution, describes the experience of the implementation of the model, reflects the results of the experimental work. The important elements of the model are the organization of activities aimed at the formation and development of educators’ competencies in the field of work with the family and creating internship place. The backbone element in the preparation of teachers to work with the parents are the refresher courses organized on the principle of corporate training.
