摘要：Исследуются аспекты создания типовой модели бизнес-процессов учебного подразделения. Применение методологии ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) позволяет повысить эффективность управле- ния учебным процессом за счет использования моделирования предметной области при проектировании ком- понент информационной системы. С использованием нотации eEPC (extended event-driven process chain) по- строена типовая модель, предназначенная для моделирования контроля успеваемости студентов во время учебной сессии. На основе анализа применения бизнес-процессов в области автоматизации систем управле- ния в образовании разработан типовой элемент объектно-ориентированной модели учебного подразделения.
其他摘要：This paper considers the aspects of creating the typical model of business processes of an academic department. Applying the ARIS methodology allowed us to raise the efficiency of educational process management due to domain modelling when projecting components of the information system. Using the eEPC notation, the reference model intended for modelling the control of students’ academic progress during the examination periods has been constructed. On the basis of the analysis of application of business processes in the field of automation of management systems in higher education, the typical element of the object-oriented model of an academic department has been developed.
