摘要：Представлен анализ основных факторов и условий, обеспечивающих неоиндустриальный рост экономики в России. Авторы заключают, что главным фактором, влияющим на неоиндустриализацию, выступает включе- ние России в глобальные тренды, описываемые на основе концепта «технонаука». Условием неоиндустриали- зации выступает расширение границ сетевого сообщества, элементы которого уже имеются в России и в ее регионах и в рамках которого хозяйственно-экономическая и сугубо научная активность смогут прийти в пол- ное согласие.
其他摘要：The article presents the analysis of the major factors and conditions providing the neoindustrial growth of economy in Russia. The authors conclude that the main factor influencing neoindustrialization is the inclusion of Russia in the global trends described on the basis of the concept “technoscience”. The condition for neoindustrialization serves the expansion of borders of network community the elements of which are already available in Russia and in its regions and within which economical and strictly scientific activity will be able to come to full agreement.
