摘要：Отражена важность процесса подготовки управленческих кадров сферы образования, для которых создается тренажер-симулятор деятельности вуза. В его основе лежит оригинальная модель. Освещается та часть модели, которая описывает бизнес-процессы инфраструктуры типового российского вуза.
其他摘要：A mathematical model of the institute of higher education activities is presented in the article. On the basis of this model a program system, so-called institute administration simulator, is built. The simulator is designed to be applied in education and management training. Great attention is paid to the model of infrastructure development of Russian institute of higher education, where basic business processes associated with infrastructure development (such as building and taking areas on lease, library stock institute informatization) are shown.
