摘要：Анализ понятия «ИКТ-компетентность» педагога сельской школы, осуществляемый в статье, позволяет сделать вывод о необходимости формирования нового уровня данного вида компетенций в рамках информаци- онно-образовательной среды школы. С учетом данного фактора рассмотрены основания формирования ин- формационной компетентности учителя сельской школы.
其他摘要：The analysis of the concept of ICT-competence of the rural schoolteacher, carried out in the article suggests the need for a new level of competence in the form of information and educational environment of the school. Taking into account this factor, there are basics of formation of information competence of the teacher at rural schools.
