摘要：На основе историографического обзора понятия «социальная компетентность» предлагается обоснование механизмов ее диагностики, описывается методика выявления уровня сформированности данного вида компе- тентности.
其他摘要：In this paper, based on the review of the historiographical concept of “social competence” the author suggests mechanisms of the competence diagnosis, and also describes how to identify the level of formation of this type of competence.
