摘要：На профессиональное становление будущих специалистов влияют различные факторы не только системы образования, но и общества в целом. Воспитательному пространству вуза принадлежит основная роль в этом процессе. Это влияние будет более полным и направленным, если педагогический коллектив вуза хорошо представляет себе цели профессионального воспитания, организацию воспитательного процесса, содержание различных видов деятельности студентов, интеграцию форм и методов взаимодействия молодежи.
其他摘要：There are different factors not only in the educational system but in the society in whole which influence professional development of future specialists. University has the leading role in this educational process. This development will be more complete if the university’s staff is fully aware of the objectives of professional education, the organization of the educational process, the content of different kinds of students’ activities and the integration of forms and methods of integration of the youth.
