摘要：The aim of this paper is to highlight some problems that I encountered while studying issues relating to the Ukrainian minority education in Slovakia between 1945 – 1970.There were several key issues which focussed on :the method and the possibility of acquiring new knowledge;the situation of processing the issues in selected Slovak archives,the making available of documents to researchers;the importance of verifying the data,the Department of Ukrainian schools;the question of language,etc.
