摘要：La începutul secolului al XIX-lea,Principatele Române traversau o situaţie extrem de dificilă din perspectiva propriului statut juridic raportat situaţiei internaţionale,constituindu-se în obiecte sau obiective ale politicii de expansiune promovată de marile puteri în estul Europei,expansiune facilitată de declinul accentuat şi prelungit al Imperiului Otoman,ca şi de agravarea galopantă a raporturilor politice interstatale cauzată de războaiele napoleoniene.Pe un asemenea fond învolburat,mai vechea şi binecunoscuta chestiune orientală a ajuns în prim planul politicii internaţionale,a disputelor diplomatice,degenerate foarte curând în confruntări militare.Prezentul studiu îşi propune să ofere informaţii cu privire la începuturile războiului ruso-turc din 1806-1812,din perspectiva rapoartelor consulare şi a relatărilor de călătorie ale francezilor care se aflau la cea vreme pe teritoriul Principatelor.Aceste izvoare istorice de importanţă majoră redau o imagine extrem de interesantă şi nuanţată a evenimentelor politico-militare şi a situaţiei din cele două ţări,în intervalul de timp menţionat.Conjugate cu informaţiile deja cunoscute,aceste izvoare istorice risipite prin mai multe colecţii de izvoare şi publicaţii,unele dintre ele mai puţin consultate,permit o mai bună cunoaştere a realităţilor sociale,politice,economice din Principatele dunărene în zorii veacului al XIX-lea.
其他摘要：In the early nineteenth century,the Romanian Principalities crossed an extremely difficult situation in terms of their legal status report of the international framework.The Romanian territories became important to the expansion policy pursued by Great Powers in Eastern Europe.On a turbulent background caused by the Napoleonic wars,the familiar “Oriental Question"came to the forefront of Eastern international politics and diplomatic disputes,degenerating into military confrontation.This study aims to provide information on the early Russo-Turkish War of 1806-1812 in terms of consular reports and travel narratives of the French who were at that time in the Principalities.The major historical sources give a very interesting and nuanced picture of the political-military events and the situation in the two Romanian countries.Combined with information already known,these historical sources scattered through several collections of sources and publications,some of them less consulted,allow a better understanding of the social,political,economic realities of Danubian Principalities.
