摘要：Paper introduces content and experiences learned from psychological training on enhancing social competencies of 7-th class pupils.Detailed information is given about the sample of trainees,form and content of the sessions,rules,school setting,duration as well as about the subjective feelings and observation of the author.In conclusion facts about the way for measuring the effects of the training are mentioned and proposals for the future positive outcomes of the further training implementation are suggested.Social competencies.Basic schools.Pupils.Social-psychological exercise.Po dvoch rokoch skúseností s realizáciou programu orientovaného na zvyšovanie sociálnych kompetencií žiakov siedmeho ročníka na viacerých ZŠ v Košiciach by som sa v príspevku zamerala na niektoré aspekty súvisiace s vedením tohto výcvikového programu ako aj s napĺňaním jeho cieľov.Ambíciou predkladaného materiálu nie je prezentovať obsahovú stránku programu,ale skôr poukázať na konkrétne zistenia,možné prínosy jeho ďalšieho aplikovania ale aj úskalia.
