  • 摘要:Studies on the ejfects of acute exercise on blood lipids and lipoproteins display controversies.Few data exist on these parameters at the aerobic (2.0 mM blood lactate) and anaerobic (4.0 mM blood lactate) thresholds,which are widely used in predicting endurance performance.To investigate the effects of steady-state treadmill runs at the aerobic (AT) and anaerobic thresholds (ANT) on blood lipids and lipoproteins,was the aim of the study.A total of 14 well-trained male amateur soccer players (20.6 ± 1.7 yr,63.1 ± 9.3 ml/min/kg VO2 max) first ran for 45 min at the AT,then for about 30 min at 97 o∕o of the ANT,48 h later.Fasting blood sam ples were withdrawn 24 h and 10-15 min prior,upon completion of,and an hour and 48 h following the tests.Serum triglyceride (TG)t cholesterol (C),phospholipid (P),HDL levels and sub-fractions of C andP were determined.Precipitation and estimation (e) methods were used for VLDL-C and LDL-C∙ Plasma volume changes were corrected using an empirical formula.From 24 h before the AT test to post-test,TG levels increased (p<0∙05),VLDL-C levels decreased (p<0.02).An hour after the test VLDL-C levels decre ased (p<0∙05),HDL-C (p<0.02) and HDL2~C (p>0.05) increased.From pre-exercise to an hour post-exercise,HDL-C (p<0.05) and HDL2 -C levels (p<0∙02),and HDL2 -C∕HDL 3-C ratio (p<0∙05) increased,whereas VLDL-P+LDL-P levels decreased (p<0.05)∙ Immediately after the ANT test,HDL3-C levels decreased (p<0∙05),HDL2 -C∕HDL3-C ratio (p<0.01) and blood glucose increased (p<0∙001)∙ HDL2 -C levels increased following the ANT test and an hour after (p>0,05).At 48 h post-ANT test,VLDL-C levels were lower (p<0,01)tha n the o nes before both tests.Except for th e decrease in VLDL-C levels 48 h followin g the ANT t est,all param eters returned to resting levels.At each samplin g period,significant correlation wa s established between LDL-C and LDLe,and none between VLDL-C and VLDLe.In conclusion;mediu m duration running at the AT and ANT h as positive effects on blood lipoproteins except LDL.In addition;it may be said tha t plasm a volum e changes,choice of ana lytical method,timing of resting and post-exercise blood samplings,an d the inte nsity of exercise are fa cto rs effecting the results o f tests as perform ed in this study.
