  • 摘要:Intere st on the role of anaerobic metabolism on sportive perform ance has increased in recent years.The Wingate test is us ed for evaluating anaerobic pow er in most laboratories since it is non-inυasiυe,reliable an d needing no high skill.In this stu dy,the aim wa s to e valuat e the cha nge s of blood lactic acid an d total testoste rone concentrations following the Wingate test.Thirty-six hea lthy an d sedentary male stud en ts (age 13-17) perfo rme d the Wingate test at 75 g /k g body weight load.Serum lactic acid an d total testoste rone levels were an alyzed pre-exercise an d at l t 3t 5 and 10 min post-exercise.Peak power,mean powe r an d fatigue ind ex values were 465.6 ± 115.9 W (8.2 ± 1.4 W ∕k g)t 391.4 ± 94.0 W (6.9 ± 0.8 W ∕kg) and 30.9 ± 9∙0 o∕o,respectively.Lactic acid concentrations incr eased from the pre-exercise level (1.3 ± 0∙5 mmol/1) to 8.6 ± 2.6 mmol/1 and 8.6 ± 2.4 mmol/1 at 3 an d 5 min post-exercise.Total testoste ron e also increas ed fro m its pre-exercise level (5.28 ± 1∙42 ng/ml) to 5,66 ± 1.52 ng /m l at 1 min post-exercise,then decre ase d to 5.11 ± 1.34 n g ∕ml at 10 min post-exercise.
