摘要：The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the substantive and methodological difficulties arising from the trial division of the science of perspective on economic management and humanistic management.In addition,the author's ambition was to prove the issue of age man agement could be of interest from a variety of different viewpoints – in this instance the perspec tive of the researcher,which is humanist.This study uses available knowledge about the differ ences between humanistic and economic approach to management from the literature and com pares it with the thesis in the field of age management.This research provides conclusion,that the topic of age management can be researching by the scientists having economic and humanistic approach,and the qualification of scientific papers should be based on coherent paradigms,as_sumptions,methodology and main content with the practice of particular discipline.
