摘要：Na obecnym etapie rozwoju cywilizacji nie można powstrzymać dążenia do rozwoju społeczno-ekonomicznego.Podstawową kwestią jest to,w jaki sposób ten proces ma prze biegać i czy da się nim sterować w celu wprowadzenia na preferowaną ścieżkę rozwoju.Jednym z czynników umożliwiających rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy jest sprawny i efektywny system transportowy.Ponieważ popyt na transport stale rośnie,odpowiedzią na te zjawiska nie może być po prostu budowanie nowej infrastruktury i otwieranie rynków.System transportowy wymaga opty malizacji,żeby spełnić wymagania wynikające z koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju.Głównym celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie teoretycznego modelu zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu oraz pokazanie możliwości i kierunków wprowadzenia sektora transportu na zrównoważoną ścieżkę rozwoju.Efektywny transport rozumiany jest jako ten,który zaspokaja popyt na usługi przemiesz czenia i jednocześnie minimalizuje wykorzystywane w tym celu zasoby.Racjonalność i równo wagę można osiągnąć,stosując skuteczne instrumenty obniżania transportochłonności gospodarki, a także stymulując zmiany technologiczne oraz organizacyjne w transporcie,zmniejszające jego zasobochłonność,energochłonność i uciążliwość środowiskową.
其他摘要：t the present stage of civilization,the socio-economic development can not be stopped.The main issue is how the process will run and if we are able to control it in order to in troduce their preferred development path.An efficient and effective transport system is one of the factors shaping socio-economic development.As the demand for transport continues to grow,the response to these phenomena can not be simply building new infrastructure and opening markets. The transport system requires optimization to meet the requirements arising from the concept of sustainable development.The main aim of this article is to present a theoretical model of sustainable transport and to show the possibilities and directions how to introduce the transport sector on a sus_tainable path of development.Efficient transport is understood as that which meets the demand for services and at the same time minimizes used resources.Rationality and balance can be achieved by effective instruments lowering transport intensity of the economy,as well as stimulating technolog?ical and organizational changes in the transport which lead to reducing the resources intensity and environmental harmful.
