摘要：Podejmowanie decyzji oraz dokonywanie różnego rodzaju ocen stanowi nieodłączny element pracy na stanowisku kierowniczym.W tym celu,decydent ustala kryteria,na podstawie których przeprowadzona zostanie ocena badanego zjawiska lub obiektu.Zadanie to jest jednak bardzo wymagające zarówno pod względem merytorycznym,jak i metodycznym.Zagadnienie dotyczące ustalania kryteriów oceny metod stosowanych w rozwiązywaniu problemów zarządzania nie należy do wyjątku.Celem artykułu jest próba analizy systemu ustalania kryteriów oceny w modelu doboru metod rozwiązywania problemów zarządzania.Na początku przedstawiono istotę oraz podstawy teoretyczno-metodyczne budowy systemu ustalania kryteriów oceny.Następnie zaprezentowano charakterystykę systemu ustalania kryteriów oceny metod zarządzania.W ostatniej części artykułu wskazano miejsce systemu ustalania kryteriów oceny w modelu doboru metod rozwiązywania problemów zarządzania oraz sformułowano wnioski końcowe.
其他摘要：Decision-making and rating is an inherent element of every managerial position.Thus, the decision-maker sets out the criteria under which the phenomenon or evaluation object are examined.This task is very demanding in terms of both knowledge and methodology.The issue of evaluation criteria for determining the methods used for solving management problems is not an exception.This article attempts to analyse the system of determining evaluation criteria in the model of method selection for solving management problems.Firstly,the essence and theoretical and methodological issues for the construction of a system for determining evaluation criteria are presented.Then the characteristics of the system for setting criteria for the evaluation of management methods are described.Finally,the place of system for setting evaluation criteria in the model for selection of problem-solving method in management is indicated.
