其他摘要：The contemporary world is the world of changes.Probably there is no single domain for which the latest decades would not be the breakthrough time.Development of knowledge-based economy has become the direct cause for changes in thinking about success in management. Organizational survival and development depends on flexibility.This article is an attempt to answer a question about the essence and importance of flexibility of the knowledge-based economy. The fulfillment of this purpose is based on analysis from two perspectives:the flexibility of the organization and the flexibility of the individual.
