摘要：Bu çalışmada amaç;Türkiye Voleybol Erkekler 3.Ligi'nde başarılı olarak 2.lige yükselenn bir takımın fiziksel ve fizyolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesidir.Çalışmaya,herhangi bir sağlık ve yaralanma problemi bulunmayan,23.0 ± 2.0 yaş ortalamasına sahip 12 erkek voleybolcu dahil edildi.Oyuncuların fiziksel özelliklerinden yaş,vücut ağırlığı,boy,vücut kitle endeksi,vücut yağ oranı,vücut yağ kütlesi,yağsız vücut kütlesi ve vücut sıvı toplamları belirlendi;fizyolojik özelliklerinden pençe ve bacak kuvvetleri,dikey sıçrama ve esneklikleri ölçüldü.Anaerobik güç özellikleri hesaplandı.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS v13.0 programı kullanıldı.Elde edilen veriler literatürde yer alan voleybol ile ilgili çalışma sonuçları ve daha önce oluşturulmuş test normları ışığında irdelendi.
其他摘要：The aim of this study was to determine selected physical and physiological characteristics of male volleyball players of a team that promoted to the Turkish 2nd Volleyball League from the Turkish 3rd Volleyball League as champions.A total of 12 healthy male volleyball players with a mean age of 23.0 ± 2.0 years participated voluntarily in the study.Participants'age,body weight,height,body mass index,body fat ratio,body fat mass,fat free mass and total body water were determined.Hand grip and leg strengths,vertical jump and flexibility characteristics were measured.Relative strength and anaerobic power were indirectly estimated.Data was evaluated through the SPSS for Windows v13.0 statistics program.The results were interpreted in view of previous study results and test norms concerning volleyball.
