摘要：The paper examines management in the culture from theoretical point of view This concept is not more examines in the sociology of culture.In the first part,the author considers concepts of culture,management and specific knowledge.Next step is organization.Third part consider concept of planning culture.Author adding the leadership and controlling.In the conclusion point out the key role management in the culture in the time of transition of society,especially Serbian society.In the condition of market economy institution of culture should based on the own self management not state budget.
