摘要:Determining optimal employee work satisfaction is a key to the success of any businessthat relies on a variety of organizational and psycho-economic factors.This study wasconducted to identify those key factors,which are responsible to influence on the overallwork satisfaction in the fast-growing mobile phone companies in Bangladesh.The phonecompanies,which are included here in the study,are Grameen Phone (GP),Bangla Link andAktel.The factors included in the ivestigation as independent variables are CompensationPackage,Supervision,Career Growth,Training and Development,Working atmosphere,Company Loyalty and Performance Appraisal.The nesult indicates that training andperformance appraisal,work atmosphere,compensation package,supervision,and companyloyalty are the key factors that impact on work satisfacton of the emplayees of thesecompanies.The study also.finds that the employees of these three companies possessed aboveof the moderate level and positive atitude towards work satisfaction,which could be nudgedup to excellent status of the satisfaction of the employees if the management takes thoseidentfied,factors with a litle more rigorous weight into their considerations and modify theiremployee retention policy further accordingly.
