标题：Study the effect of ozone gas and ultraviolet radiation and microwave in the degredation of aflatoxin B1 produce by Aspergillus flavus on stored Maize grains.

摘要：This study was conducted in the plant protection department/ College of Agriculture/ University of Baghdad to evaluate the efficiency of physical agents ozone,ultraviolet radiation,microwave for destroying afla produced in corn seeds.An isolate af A.flavus producing Aflatoxin B1 was obtained from plant protection dept.college of Agric.University of Baghdad.Results showed destroy toxin AFLA B1 the effect of radiation microwave in the media of Japex degree 80 and 100 co 57.14% and 85.71%,respectively,and for 20 sec,compared to the treatment comparison 0.00% as found significant differences were apparent between transactions and the treatment of comparison,as and notes the existence of a significant difference to the treatment radiation microwave degree 100 co,amounting to reduction ratio of 85.71%,the results of the effect of radiation microwave showed a destroy AFLA B1 crude by two notches 80 and 100 co,times 5,10,20 sec,and there are significant differences between treatments and treatment comparison as well as the existence of clear differences of treatments degree 80 and 100 co and time of 20 sec and rates reduced 95.09% and 91.18%,respectively,showed the results of destroy toxin AFLA B1 contaminated corn and the presence of significant differences apparent between the comparative treatment and the rest of the transactions when it was noted the lack of significant differences between transactions ozone and ultraviolet in 240.365 nm and radiation microwave degree effect temperature 80 and 100 co and rates reduced 89.52% and 89.52% and 69.52% and 94.29% and 89.52%,respectively,and was the best treatment is radiation microwave degree 80 m and by the reduction of 94.29%,and the results showed that there were significant differences apparent between the comparison treatment non-polluting and the rest of the transactions and observed significant differences were apparent between transactions radiation microwave and ozone and ultraviolet radiation led by microwave treatment of degrees effect 80 and 100 co and by the reduction of 100% for both degrees.
其他摘要：أجريت ىذه راعة/ جامعة بغداد بيدف تثبيط نمو الفطر flavus Aspergillus وتحطيم السم المنتج منو وذلك بتقويم الطرائق الفيزيائية االوزون، االشعة الفوق البنفسجية، المايكروويف التحطيم.تم الحصول عمى عزلة جاىزة لمفطر flavus.A من قسم وقاية النبات/ كمية الزراعة/ جامعة بغداد.اظيرت نتائج استخدام االوزون بتركيز 2 غم/ دقيقة واالشعة الفوق البنفسجية بطوليين الموجيين o 240 و 365 نانومتر واشعة المايكروويف 80 و 100م عدم وجود فروقات معنوية بين المعامالت المختمفة فضال عن وجود فروقات معنوية بين المعامالت ومعاممة المقارنة قدرت Enzyme-Linked immuno sorbent assay االليزا جياز باستخدام التراكيز واظيرت نتائج تحطيم سم االفال B1 بتأثير اشعة المايكروويف في وسط جابكس بدرجة م100 و 80 o 14.57 %و 71.85 %عمى التوالي ولمدة 20 ثانية مقارنة بمعاممة المقارنة 00.0 %اذ وجدت فروقات معنوية واضحة ما بين المعامالت ومعاممة المقارنة، كما ويالحظ وجود فرق معنوي لمعاممة اشعة المايكروويف بدرجة 100م o اذ بمغت نسبة االختزال 71.85 ،%اظيرت نتائج تاثير اشعة المايكروويف عمى تحطيم سم االفال B1 o الخام بدرجتين 80 و 100م وبأوقات 5 و 10 و 20 ثانية وجود فروقات معنوية بين المعاممتين ومعاممة المقارنة فضال عن وجود فروقات واضحة لممعاممتين بدرجة 80 و0 o وبوقت 20 ثا وبنسب اختزال 09.95 %و 18.91 %عمى التوالي، اظيرت نتائج تحطيم سم االفال B1 لمذرة المموثة وجود فروقات معنوية واضحة ما بين معاممة المقارنة وباقي المعامالت في حين لوحظ عدم وجود فروقات معنوية ما بين المعامالت االوزون واالشعة فوق البنفسجية بطولييا الموجيين 240 ،365 نانومتر واشعة المايكروويف o بدرجتي حرارة 80 و 100م و% 69.52 و% 89.52 و% 89.52 اختزال وبنسب 29.94 %و 52.89 %عمى التوالي، وكانت افضل معاممة ىي اشعة المايكروويف بدرجة م 80 o وبنسبة اختزال 29.94 ،%كما بينت النتائج وجود فروقات معنوية واضحة ما بين معاممة المقارنة غير المموثة وباقي المعامالت ولوحظ فروقات معنوية واضحة ما بين المعامالت اشعة المايكروويف واالوزون واالشعة فوق البنفسجية تصدرتيا معاممة o المايكروويف بدرجتي 80 و 100م و بنسبة اختزال 100 %لكال الدرجتين.
