  • 摘要:TRACT Marketing is one of the most important pillars on which most industrial and commercial sectors depend on evaluating their performance,improving their financial position,development and economic growth.The presence of effective marketing activities in any industrial or commercial organization (which works to meet the requirements of customers in order to ensure the integration of trading and handling rings with consumers and to ensure the growth of the marketing process regularly and not to retreat) effectively contributes to maintaining the company's position between its competitors and its customers.It is necessary to have these marketing activities in order to meet the requirements of the organization on the one hand and to meet the requirements of the consumer on the other hand,so this research aims to evaluate the marketing program in the company of the Euphrates General Industries Chemical and pesticides will be focused on the effectiveness of marketing offensive by the Department of marketing support other sections of the company.In order to achieve the research objectives,an annual evaluation was adopted for the 2016-2017 marketing program prepared by the marketing department.After analyzing and discussing the scientific and practical part,many results showed the success of the offensive marketing policy and its significant impact on the increase in sales volume to about (8,500 tons in 2017 As opposed to 2230 tons in 2015),and the presence of such offensive marketing activities to achieve job satisfaction and gives employees reassurance while doing their work for the sense of increasing the life of the company in which they work,which reflected materially on their income and contribute to the improvement and development of the product and thus the process of production.
