摘要:The main objective of this study consits in the investigation of the perceptions of pre-primary and primary teachers from Cyprus upon the in-service training programmes.The teachers were asked to evaluate the selected ideas for the innovation of the existing in-service training scheme.For this purpose,two focus groups were built,one consisting of primary education teachers and the other one of pre-primary education teachers.The information gathered in these focus groups will be proposed for developing innovative training programmes for teachers in Cyprus,as well as being a determinant of the information that must be addressed during the design of future in-service training.
