摘要：The research aimed to analyze factors that affecting service quality and to determine proper strategic planning to improve service quality in State Vocational School Sekayung.The research design was Research and Development (R and D).The collecting data methods were interview and focus group discussion (FGD).Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) was used to determine the strategies.The research showed that the proper strategic was integrated vertical strategy.That strategy required school to control more intensively toward school performance on improvement school quality services.Strategic planning that school have to do namely: 1) Optimizing curriculum 2013 implementation,2) curriculum diversification,3) strengthen all school members commitment,4) learning quality improvement,5) expand local content curriculum,6) expand bench marking,7) quality and quantity learning facilities improvement,8) graduate quality improvement,9) Optimizing extracurricular activities,10) improve learning atmosphere,11) optimize school committee,12) society involvement in education funding.
