摘要:This investigation intends to portray planning process for teaching factory,the usage of apllication of teaching factory,and its assessment to expand the student's competency at Vocational High School 2 Surakarta.Phenomenology design conducted structure and the informants were principals,vice principals in the curriculum program,teachers,and students.indepth interview,observation,and documentation techniques used to collect the data.Interactive models acted to analyze data and the procedure begun with data collection,reduction,presentation and verification of conclusion.The finding showed the arrangement of teaching factory based learning in terms of fostering student’s competency began by assembling learning design by teachers and implement to the curriculum.The operation of teaching factory utilizes the strategy for realizing which changed,material in the class headings to jobsheet adjusting to a standard that is in industry,educators adapted practices done by students so equipped for delivering quality items set in motion throughout the day aptitude he would had.The facilities is can be utilized just as conceivable and designations time gave based on their own individual subjects.Assessment process done by methods for judgment covering the parts of the discipline attitude,obligation,resistance,collaboration,confident,expertise and knowledge.Through teaching factories,student competency can be improved by various learning procedures that have been established in the curriculum and implemented in vocational high school students.
