摘要：Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan motivasi masyarakat lokal terhadap program transmigrasi pasca konflik di Kabupaten Aceh Barat.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah gabungan antara pendekatan kualitatif dengan kuantitatif.Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik tabulasi silang (crosstab),Kai Kuadrat (Chi-Square)dan uji korelasi Spearman.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan sebanyak 120 orang responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara tingkat persepsi terhadap motivasi bertransmigrasi cukup tinggi dan berkorelasi positif.Semakin meningkatnya persepsi masyarakat lokal terhadap program transmigrasi,maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan motivasi masyarakat untuk bertransmigrasi.Sementara itu,motivasi yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk ikut program transmigrasi adalah motif kemandirian.
其他摘要：This study aims to explore the perception and motivation of the local community toward post-conflict transmigration program in West Aceh.The research method used in this article is a combination of both qualitative and quantitative approach.The technique of processing data uses statistical test of cross tabulation (crosstab),Chi-Square,and Spearman correlation test.For collecting samples,this article uses purposive sampling method with the total sample size of 120 respondents.The results shows that the relationship between the level of perception and the motivation for transmigration are high enough and positively correlated −the more increasing perception of the local community toward the transmigration program,the more increasing motivation to people for transmigration.Meanwhile,the motivation which affects the community to join the transmigration program is the motif of independence.
