摘要：The design and development of MOOCs require the use of appropriate mechanisms and systematic procedures to ensure the standardization and the productivity of all aspects involved in the MOOC development process, as well as to meet the desired quality of the resulting materials. In this perspective, the results introduced in this work contribute with theoretical improvements and practical advances in the development of MOOCs and to enhance the construction of software platforms and providers. In addition, new methods and strategies to support lifelong learning in Software Engineering through open and online courses are also investigated.
