摘要：مدارس مهم‌ترین رکن آموزش و پرورش هستند، به‌همین دلیل تمامی سیاست‌های آموزشی باید عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد اثربخش مدارس را مورد توجه قرار دهند. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی و تعیین عوامل، ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای مدارس اثربخش دوره‌ی ابتدایی است. برای دستیابی به هدف مطالعه، مرور منظم و گسترده‌ی پیشینه‌ی پژوهشی انجام شد. بدین‌منظور پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Sage، Emerald،Eric ،Taylor and Francis ،Science Direct ، Civilicca، Magiran، SID و پایگاه اطلاعاتی نور مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. پس از خارج کردن مقالات نامتناسب با هدف پژوهش، مرور کامل بر روی 32 مقاله‌ی باقیمانده انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از مرور منظم پیشینه‌ی پژوهشی منجر به استخراج 5 عامل کلی و 15 ملاک و 163 نشانگر گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل مرتبط با رفتار افراد در مدرسه (عمدتاً مدیران و معلمان)، رفتار افراد مرتبط با مدرسه (عمدتاً والدین)، وضعیت مواد آموزشی (همانند کیفیت برنامه‌ی آموزشی مدرسه) و فرهنگ مدرسه (همانند محیط یا جوّ مدرسه) در این مطالعات بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
其他摘要：Schools are considered as the most important foundations of education; therefore, all educational policies need to be focused on factors affecting school performance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify and determine factors, criteria, and indicators of effective primary schools. To meet the study objectives, a systematic and comprehensive review was conducted on the research literature. In this way; the databases of Sage, Emerald, ERIC, Taylor & Francis Online, Science Direct, Civilica, Magiran, Scientific Information Database (SID), and Noor were searched. After excluding articles irrelevant to the purpose of the research, a complete overview was performed on 32 remaining ones. The results of the systematic review led to the extraction of 5 general factors, 15 criteria, and 163 indicators of effective schools. It was concluded that factors related to individual’s behavior in school (mainly administrators and teachers), school-related individual’s behavior (mostly parents), status of educational materials (e.g. quality of school curriculums), and school culture (e.g. school climate or atmosphere) had been significantly taken into account in these articles.
