摘要:Representative services of the aferschool in Korea are Afe-SChools of the Ministy of Education, Science and Technology,Community Child Centers,Aferschool Child Care,and Youth Afer-school Academy of the Ministry of Health,Welfare and Family. Each service is distinguished with is own founded laws,subject children,specialists,principle management agent,a number of participants,and more. Research ises of aferschool are development of new aferechool programs,evaluajion of the efectiveness of the aferschool,establishment of policies related to cooperative eforts among the dfferent services of the aferschool,obtainment of legal status,and enhancement of the credenial of is pesones. To guarantee the quality of the Afierschool and improve personnels' working conditions, various means are to be implemented. In regard to progamatic and policy isues,the afterschool is needed to establish a system for training the afrerschool coordinators and of is accreditation and to develop more child-centered afierschool programs. Also,it is needed to legislate fundamental law and consolidate communication system among the services of the Afterschool in pursue of their efective utilization and actual expansion.
