  • 摘要:One of the elements of employment relation is “command or work order”. “Command or work order” as one of the employment relation elements is very important,but law and regulation do not regulate clearly. This paper based on normative legal research. Paper with statute approach and conceptual approach. The Legal issue in this paper is the meaning of “command or work order” as one of the employment relation element. “Command or work order” as one of the employment relation means verbal or writing statement of entrep-reneur,direct or indirect,to the labour,to do a work,with elements (1) the work order is an order to do a work,(2) the work order is in the area of employment relation,and (3) the work order is done with authority or competence.
