摘要:The development of buying and selling both conventional and online transactions has an impact on the need for eff ective dispute resolution when there is a loss to consumers. Fast,simple,and low-cost consumer dispute resolution is needed to speed up the way the dispute is resolved. This article is part of the results of fundamental research conducted in a normative juridical method. The results showed that consumer dispute resolution in the court with a small claim value was not balanced with the mechanism of proceedings in the court,while the power of the decision through BPSK resolution was not fi nal and binding. Small Claims Procedures are solutions that integrate informal and formal mechanisms as one of the concrete steps to achieve legal certainty in resolving consumer disputes in Indonesia.
