摘要：The Construction Contract is a legal relationship which underlies the interactions and agreed upon stipulations of parties involved in Construction Services. Thus,it is an important instrument which ensures Construction Services can be carried out effi ciently and in a timely manner. This thesis purpose are to provides the forms of legal development of principles in the Law on Construction Services as well as the fi eld of construction in general. The author has chosen this topic due to the elimination of criminal sanctions in the Law on Construction Services,shifting from the realm of criminal law to administrative law and civil law. Hence,the author will provide the forms of law enforcement developed specifi cally in the realm of civil law. The method applied is normative,with Statute Approach and Conseptual Approach.
