摘要：This study aims at determining the level of education of children and the factors affecting the level of education of children in the slums area of Makassar. The method used is the survey method. The population of the research is families with children’s education from elementary to university in Kelurahan Lette,Kecamatan Mariso. The sample was taken by using random sampling technique. The study found that the level of parental education,family income and number of children were included in the low category. The three of them were the factors that affect the level of children education.
