摘要：The study aimed to find out the comparison of the students’ entrepreneurship competency of economics education study program in Makassar City between who obtained entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture and those who did not get entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture. The research used the experimental method to identify the causal-effect relationship of one or more dependent variables by manipulating independent variables in a controlled state (control variable). The population on the study were 621 students from the economics education study program in Makassar City,with the sample of 487 students. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive quantitative t-test. The findings showed that the entrepreneurial competencies possessed by the students who obtained entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture were higher than the students who did not obtain entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture.
