摘要:The research aimed to describe the Islamic schools’ (madrasah) culture reality,to describe the teachers’ work motivation reality,and to examine the correlation between the Islamic schools’ culture and the teachers’ work motivation at MTs (Islamic Junior High School) in West Sinjai District. This research was a correlational study by using the ex-post facto method. The Participants of this research were 64 teachers from all MTs in West Sinjai District. The instrument used was questionnaire then the data were analyzed by using product moment correlation analysis. This research revealed some significant findings that the reality of the Islamic schools’ culture could be considered as conducive with the percentage of 83%,the reality of the teachers’ work motivation was reported to be high with percentage of 79%,and the findings indicated a positive correlation between the Islamic schools’ culture and the teachers’ work motivation at MTs in West Sinjai District signified by correlational coefficient value of 0.559,which was categorized as moderate level of correlation.
